Every day a multitude of stars wander through the halls of MTV News to talk about their current projects and goof around with staff members. But sometimes we catch stars elsewhere, and that’s why we put together Spotted!, a daily compendium of stars in the wild.
While the big three “New Moon” stars were heading Madrid for a photo call, the big three pop stars — Kevin, Joe and Nick Jonas — were nearby doing their best Cristiano Ronaldo (he’s a famous Portuguese soccer player, for those of you not so keen on keeping up with European football at home) impressions at the Santiago Bernabeu Stadium. After showing off their fancy footwork, the Jonas Brothers performed at the Bilbao Exhibition Centre.

JONAS BROTHERS DISNEY CHANNEL SHOW PICKED UP FOR SEASON 2

The Disney Channel has culled up second season of Jonas, the comedy series starring Nick, Joe and Kevin Jonas, the Network declared Monday.
“We couldn’t ask for a more collaborative or creative partnership than we have with the Jonas Brothers — and the success of our first season of Jonas speaks for itself,” said President of Entertainment Gary Marsh in a statement.

According to the announcement, the show will add Lester Lewis (The Office) and Paul Hoen (The Cheetah Girls One World) to the producing team.
In its first season, the show was ranked No. 1 among kids and tweens, averaging 3.4 million viewers. Jonas will return to production in February for a mid-2010 debut.
JONAS BROTHERS CANCEL CONCERT DUE TO NICK JONAS ILLNESS

The Jonas Brothers can be added to the list of artists who have canceled concerts lately due to illness (yes, we are talking about you Paramore and Miley Cyrus). The band had to cancel a show over the weekend due to Nick Jonas upper respiratory infection.
The guys were all set to play a concert in Zurich on Saturday when they canceled at the last minute and released a statement on their Twitter apologizing to fans: “We are sad to announce the cancellation of the Jonas Brothers concert for this evening in Zurich,” the statement reads. “Nick Jonas of the Jonas Brothers is ill with an upper respiratory infection of the nose and throat and the doctor has advised that he not speak or sing.”
The band notes that this is the first time they “have ever cancelled a show for sickness and deeply regret that they will not be able to perform as a group tonight. The band, the management, and the promoter apologize that the show must be cancelled on such short notice,” they wrote. “We will do everything we can to revisit Zurich in the future and perform for our wonderful fans.”
The guys plan to return to the stage for a concert in Bilbao, Spain, on Tuesday. On Sunday, Nick tweeted, “I am happy to tell everyone that I woke up this morning and I’m already feeling better! Thanks for all the prayers. Can’t wait to rock Bilbao!”
In other Jonas Brothers news, their TV show, “Jonas,” has been picked up for a second season on the Disney Channel, according to The Hollywood Reporter. The show’s second season is set to start production in February and premiere later next year. The Disney reality show “Jonas Brothers: Living the Dream” has also been picked up for additional episodes.

DEMI LOVATO: ‘I’ M NOT DATING JOE JONAS

There have been a few hearsays latterly, which have arrogated actress Demi Lovato was dating Joe Jonas from the Jonas Brothers. But according to people.com, Demi has taken to her Twitter account recently, to deny those rumors.
The 17-year old actress, singer and songwriter, took to her Twitter and noted about the rumors that she was dating one of her friends, Joe Jonas. She then said that she promises on her entire career that she is not dating him.
Demi, who starred in “Camp Rock 2” with Joe Jonas, went on to say, “We’ve NEVER dated. He is unbelievable, but we don’t have feelings for each other in that way. I love you guys, and I would not lie about that.” Well that’s told us then.

JONAS BROTHERS TAPPED FOR STEVIE WONDER’S HOUSE FULL OF TOYS

Jonas Brothers will be peculiar guest at Stevie Wonder’s annual benefit concert House Full of Toys on December 12 this year. The gig will be held at Nokia Theatre in Los Angeles. Its tickets are departing on sale starting from Sunday, November 1 to this coming Thursday, November 5.
A yearly celebration, House Full of Toys is deemed by Stevie Wonder to invite concertgoers to bring an unwrapped gift of joy. The toys will then be donated to children, families and organizations in need. In gain to Nick Jonas, Joe Jonas and Kevin Jonas, other musical acts are yet to be announced.
Previous performers at the event included Alicia Keys, Jamie Foxx, Maroon 5, Babyface, Joss Stone, Kanye West, India.Arie, Raphael Saadiq, Brian McKnight and many more.

JONAS BROTHERS STAYING TOGETHER: NICK JONAS GOES SOLO

Jonas Brothers member Nick Jonas will release solo album next year, but the boy-band will stay unitedly. Mother Denise Jonas spills the beans to Parade.
Most teens feel the superfluity of their moms talking about them to other people. But, for Nick Jonas of the Jonas Brothers, that talk is on a lordlier scale—like having your mom blab to the media about your new solo project.
Parade Magazine released quotes from its upcoming weekend issue today, including Mrs. Jonas spilling the beans on Nick’s new gig.
“Nick is working on a solo act—it’s called Nick Jonas and The Administration. Shhh! He’s at the photo shoot for the album cover right now,” Denise Jonas gabbed.
In reply, the Jonas Brothers Website affirmed that the other bandmembers do support their brother, and that no, the band is not breaking up. “We are ALL excited about this project AND what we are doing TOGETHER! We plan to make music together for as long as we can,” Joe, Nick and Kevin blogged on their site.
The Disney-sponsored brother band made its acting debut on Hannah Montana, and several stars from Disney shows and movies have gone on to be megastars, admitting Justin Timberlake, Britney Spears, Lindsay Lohan, Miley Cyrus and Ashley Tisdale. But, the brothers better watch out: it looks arising up Disney means growing up a little faster.
Various Disney stars have gone on to lead out-of-control lives, letting in Spears and Lohan. While Tisdale admitted to a nose job to fix a diverged septum, Lohan is speculated to have had breast augmentation and multiple lip injections (not to mention issues with alcohol abuse).
Britney also may have featherbedded in both procedures, and has complained about her post-baby body, with a friend telling in InTouch Weekly that she desired liposuction on her thighs, which she considered “too fat.” At least her hair looks good.
But, unlike these stars, Nick has his brothers to share the spotlight and keep any wild behavior in check.
Nick’s new album is set to release in early 2010.

JONAS BROTHERS MOM : KEVIN PICKED THE ‘RIGHT GIRL’

Remember when Nick Jonas from the Jonas Brothers is going solo ?? That was let out by Denise Jonas, the Jonas Brothers mummy. Now she has something else to tell. She said to People about Kevin’s fiancee, Danielle Deleasa!
“I really think she is the right girl,” says Denise.
She seemingly told Kevin, “You are marrying your mother - but she is just thinner and prettier.”
She says that Danielle has been consented by the whole family, admitting the youngest Jonas, Frankie: “He really loves her and is proud of her.. He already acts like a little brother [to her].”
She seems like a nice mom!

NICK JONAS DITCHING THOSE OTHER BROTHERS….FOR NOW

It was just a matter of time until one of the Jonas Brothers made up one’s mind he is the Beyoncé of the group and we are glad it’s Nick Jonas.
The young one affirmed today that, about six months ago, he started working on a side project in Nashville with four musicians not named Jonas.
Hence, the debut album from Nick Jonas & The Administration is due out sometime next year.
(Sounds like Nick is taking his nickname Mr. President a little too seriously but when you are a little millionaire at the age of 17, you can do whatever you want.)
The admission from Nick puts to rest the meditation that the teen was branching out on his own and comes hours after Mama Jonas spilled the beans.
Earlier today, Parade magazine freed quotes from its Sunday issue in which Denise Jonas says, “Nick is bringing on a solo act-it’s called Nick Jonas and The Administration. Shhh! He is at the photo shoot for the album cover right now.”
Naturally, the question stayed, would this mean the end of the JoBros?
Scarcely, according to the heartthrobby trio.
Ticking off their points of give-and-take one by one, Joe, Nick and Kevin (or whoever does their blogging) wrote on their website today that “The Jonas Brothers are NOT breaking up!” as well as “We are ALL excited about this project AND what we are doing TOGETHER!” and “We plan to make music together for as long as we can.”
“A three chord strand is not easily broken”, read another message from Joe and Kevin, “and one thing’s for sure…this three chord strand is stronger now than it’s ever been.”
They are also designing another world tour for next summer, which is a relief, but still…
“This project would only expand the Jonas brand,” a source reassured E! News. But fortify the brand like how Justin Timberlake breaking out on his own helped *NSYNC?
“The music is awesome and in truth shows off Nick’s vocal range,” the source added.
In the interim this will give Kevin enough of time to get married and Joe can, uh, what’s he got going on? Oh, right! He’s maybe romancing Demi Lovato. See, everyone wins!

JOE JONAS MAKES ANOTHER SOUND DECISION ABOUT HIS HAIR

This year, Joe Jonas ceased straightening his hair, a life selection we approved of as soon as we pointed out it. We loved him going au naturale and embracing his hair’s natural curl (a move all his brothers had already been doing). Still, with his new do, we are crushing even more difficult on the 20-year-old pop star.
Joe is rocking a new shorter haircut. We are calling it babelicious. The messy shorter hairstyle is likely the most mature and most beautiful way the singer has worn his hair yet.
Although the other two Jonas Brothers have yet to tweet about Joe’s latest style choice (although they did remember to tweet about their show in the Dominican Republic, the Yankees victory and wrapping up “Camp Rock 2″), we do remember fondly an interview we did with Joe and his brothers over the summer where Kevin in short affected upon his brother’s decision to change his hair from his once signature pin-straight locks.
“You know what happened?” eldest brother, Kevin explained to MTV News. “One day he went to the beach and just like the salt water I think it messed up your hair because it all of a fulminant became curly.”
So, what happened this time? Did he walk into some hedge clippers and suddenly have shorter hair?

JOE JONAS AVOIDS X-RATED MOMENT AT CONNECTICUT CONCERT

Joe Jonas has lifelike ability to make the ladies faint, but things neared X-rated at a concert in Connecticut when the singer’s pants malfunction.
The 20-year-old faced a wardrobe malfunction while executing, reports Contactmusic.com. It wasn’t until the button holding his pants popped midway through the band’s performance, leaving Joe a bit “red-faced”.
Joe Jonas who normally works out before a show to keep up with the high energy on the stage unquestionably wasn’t trained to bare all to his lady fans.
“Things went from bad to worse when his fly unravelled, forcing him to hold his trousers up with one hand and croon into his mic with the other,” the report said before a stagehand finally came to the rescue with a paper clip, leaving fans with nothing more than what was rehearsed.
Jonas, recently spotted running for a Cure with brother Nick, is a fitness buff. He is often seen working out at his gym in L.A. and refueling before and after workouts with smoothies and shakes.
“Joe’s an exercise addict,” blogs Seventeen magazine. “Especially on the road. He makes sure he works out before every show and does it with one of their security guys, who he calls “The Commish.”
Of his security workout buddy, Joe told Seventeen, “He’s really ripped and in very good condition. I like to go running, so he usually goes with me and always pushes me to the limit.”
When he’s not pumping out cardio, Joe also lefts weights and relies on resistance training to sculpt his most, fan-favored assets like his abs and biceps.
“He says working out before a show gets him pumped for the performance — if you’ve ever seen the Jonas Brothers in concert, you know it works. Their shows are as high energy as it gets,” says the mag.
